1.1 Organiser

The organiser of the event is:

1.2 Conclusion of contract

The purchase of a ticket creates a binding contract between the organiser and the participating person. The terms of participation are accepted during the purchase process and form part of the contract.

1.3 Ticket and admission

• The ticket serves as proof of purchase.
• The ticket is to be presented at the event, digitally or printed.
• Without a valid ticket there is no entitlement to admission.
• The organiser is entitled to check the validity of the ticket.

1.4 Personalisation

• Tickets are as a rule not personalised.
• The organiser may carry out an identity check where required.

1.5 Conditions of participation and protection of minors

• Participation is permitted from the age of 16.
• Alcohol is served in accordance with Swiss law on the protection of minors.
• Spirits are served only to persons aged 18 and over.
• The organiser may carry out identity checks.

1.6 Conduct and safety

• Instructions from the organiser and staff are to be followed.
• Misconduct may lead to exclusion from the event.
• In such a case there is no entitlement to a refund.

1.7 Liability

• Participation is at your own responsibility.
• The organiser is liable only within the scope of the statutory provisions.
• Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
• Liability for gross negligence and intent remains reserved.

1.8 Insurance

Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

1.9 Programme, running of the event and weather

• The event takes place in principle in any weather.
• Changes to the programme remain reserved.
• The organiser gives no guarantee for particular content or services.

1.10 Cancellation and postponement

Where the event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded. Where the event is postponed, tickets retain their validity. Further claims are excluded.

1.11 Refund and cancellation by the purchaser

A refund or cancellation of tickets is excluded. Full cancellation of the event is exempt from this.

1.12 Late arrival

Access to the event is possible solely within the time slot booked. The guest is obliged to arrive punctually. In the case of late arrival there is no entitlement to an extension of the booked period, to later entry or to a proportionate refund of the ticket price.

Depending on organisational and operational circumstances, the organiser may grant the guest access after the start of the time slot as a gesture of goodwill. No entitlement to this exists. In such a case the individually available period is shortened accordingly.

1.13 Photography and filming

• Photographs and film may be taken during the event.
• These may be used for communication and marketing purposes.
• By participating you declare your agreement with this.

1.14 Data protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Further information is contained in the privacy statement.

1.15 Drones

The use of drones by participants is prohibited. Exceptions require the express authorisation of the organiser.

1.16 Terrain and personal responsibility

• The event takes place in public space and on natural paths.
• Participation is at your own responsibility.

1.17 Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the organiser.
